In reference to the decision of the Public Prosecutor (disclosed on 8/5/2024) holding reference number 27/2024 to seize and freeze the assets of the accused, including Aayan Gulf Company, related to the complaint filed by Al-Imtiaz Investment Group Company to the Public Prosecution (Case No. 90/2018 Public Funds), and whereas the Execution Administration at the Ministry of Justice is one of the authorities addressed to execute the decision of the Public Prosecutor, this is to advise that the Head of the Execution Administration has closed the execution file for the case decided by the Court of Cassation number 2869 of the year 2022, commercial/1 (disclosed on 7/3/2024).
