A letter has been received from Dakhil Al-Jassar & Sons Group, informing us of the replacement of their representative on the Board of Directors of Al-Imtiaz Investment Group. Mr. Mishaal Abdullah Al-Jassar has been appointed in place of Mr. Abdullah Dakhil Al-Jassar (Vice Chairman of the Board).
