We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Al-Imtiyaz Investment Group will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at 01:30PM. 

The agenda will include the reformation of the Board of Directors and its subcommittees, following the replacement of Mr. Abdullah Dakhil Al-Jassar (Vice Chairman of the Board) as the representative of Al-Dakhil Al-Jassar and Sons Company on the Board of Directors of Al-Imtiyaz Investment Group.
