Following the adjourned General Assembly Meeting held yesterday that included the election of members of the board of directors for a new session for a period of three years, the Board of Directors of Al Imtiaz Investment Group Company held its meeting on Wednesday 10/06/2020 at 02:00 pm, and took the following decisions:

 

Formation of the Board of Directors as set out below for a period of three years:

 

Mr. Khalid Sultan  Ben Essa - Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Abdullah Dekheel Al- Jassar - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Ahmad Mohammad Boodai - Member of the Board of Directors

M/s. Barwa Real Estate Co. (Representative)  - Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Tareq Ibrahim Al-Mansour - Member of the Board of Directors (Independent)

Mr. Abdulrahman Mohammad Al-Khannah - Member of the Board of Directors (Independent)

Mr. Nawaf Hussain Marafi - Member of the Board of Directors
