Mr. Ben Essa has a considerable experience in social, investment and economic fields where he was active for more than 50 years. He occupied the position of chairman of the board of directors of several companies, including HOT for Engineering and Constructions, Marine Contracting and Services Company, Al-Ahlia Investment Company and many other leading commercial enterprises. He served as member of Kuwait National Assembly for several terms. His career includes the chairmanship of the Board of Directors of Al Imtiaz Group Investment Company from 2005 to 2010, and has been chairman of the Group’s the Board of Directors since 2013 – present.
Mr. Ben Essa graduated with a Bachelor degree in Aviation Engineering from Purdue University, USA (1965) and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University, USA (1966).
Mr. Al-Jassar’s field experience spans over 30 years in the financial, industrial and real estate sectors. During the course of his career he served as Deputy Chairman of Al Imtiaz Investment Group from 2005 to 2010, and has been the Group’s Deputy Chairman since 2017 until the present.
Mr. Al-Jassar graduated from Cairo University with Bachelor of Economics degree Egypt, Cairo (1971).
Mr. Boodai’s expertise in the field of real estate investment and banking services exceeds 35 years, including membership of the Board of Directors of the Credit and Saving Bank, Boubyan Bank, and the Board of Directors of Al Imtiaz Investment Group since 2013.
Mr. Boodai holds a Bachelor degree in Geography from Kuwait University, Kuwait (1975).
Mr. Al-Mansour has over 19 years’ experience in the financial, investment and real estate sectors. He has been Board Member on the Union of Investment Companies and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fanar Investment Company. Currently, he is Board member (independent) of Al Imtiaz Investment Group since 2013.
Mr. Al-Mansour is a graduate with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from University of San Diego, USA, San Diego (1997).
Mr. Al-Khannah is the Chief Executive Officer of Investment Houses Group Holding Company and has more than 11 years’ experience in engineering and investment fields.
Mr. Al-Khannah holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Kuwait University (2006) and a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Gulf University for Science and Technology, Kuwait (2011).
Eng. Al Attiyah has an extensive and vast work experience in many sectors. He started his career with Qatar Petroleum as Operations Engineer until 2011 when he moved to RasGas as a Senior Project Engineer and progressed in 2012 to Onshore Development and Planning Manager.
Eng. Al Attiyah moved on to undertake new assignment in 2014 as Acting Program Management Office Executive Director at the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy. In 2015 assigned as Director of the Technical Office at Public Works Authority and progressed to Assistant President until 2018 when he was appointed as Vice Chairman of Qatar Primary Materials Company, later on he is being appointed by the Board as acting CEO until early May 2018. Eng. Al Attiyah was appointed as a Board Member of Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, until July 2018 when he became the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Board Member.
Eng. Al Attiyah holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cardiff University, UK and MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, UK.
Mr. Marafi has more than 22 years of professional experience, having worked in various executive positions across several sectors; mainly in the fields of financial services, petroleum services and industrial services. He serves as a member on several boards of directors and is a member of Al Imtiaz Investment Group’s Board of Directors since October 2013 and is the Group Chief Executive Officer since January 2014.
Mr. Marafi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, USA in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with distinction from Cardiff University, United Kingdom in 2005.
