Mr. Al-Bader has worked extensively in direct investment with a track record spanning over 20 years. He was formerly the head of Diversified Projects at Gulf Investment Corporation where he managed an extensive portfolio of direct investment in the GCC region spanning various sectors. His activities included sourcing, executing, and managing investments as well as representing the Corporation on the Boards of investee companies. AlBader’s experience also includes working as an executive in the construction industry specializing in precast design and build housing solutions.
Mr. Al-Bader joined AlImtiaz Investment Group in 2022 as Executive Vice President in charge of the Corporate Development Department and acting Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Al-Bader has a bachelor's degree in Finance and insurance from Northeastern University, Boston - MA, USA.

Mr. Al Zaid has more than 29 years of experience in engineering and investment fields including consultancy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance, project management, corporate and asset management.
He started his career as an assistant researcher at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. Later, he joined Belleli Saudi Heavy Industries as an assistant engineer, which was followed by a career in Aramco as mechanical engineer in project management, after which his career shifted to the investment sector when he joined the Gulf Investment Corporation as a direct investment manager. Subsequently, he joined Tamdeen Investment Co. as manager of direct investment and corporate finance. Next, he worked for the Gulf North Africa Holding Company where he held several positions until becoming CEO. This was followed by a career in Sukuk Holding Group where he was entrusted with corporate restructuring. Thereafter, he joined the Kuwait Syrian Holding Co. as CEO. Moreover, he became a member of several boards of directors as well as CEO of many investment companies in Kuwait.
Mr. Al-Zaid joined Al Imtiaz Investment Group in December 2015 as Vice President CEO - Direct Investment and Corporate Development then he became Executive Vice President of the Corporate Development Department. Where he is currently Executive Vice President – Portfolio Monitoring and Management.
His academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Investment and Finance from Hull University (UK), a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (Saudi Arabia) as well as a Public Administration degree from Harvard University, (USA).

Mr. Al-Sane has over 24 years of experience in the investment field and considerable expertise in handling direct investments in various sectors with wide-ranging responsibilities covering operations monitoring to sitting on different Boards of Directors and managing corporate restructuring, growth initiatives and strategies. He started his professional career at the Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC) before moving to Tamdeen Investment Company, and then Boubyan Petrochemicals Company.
Mr. Al-Sane joined Al Imtiaz Investment Group in April 2015 as Executive Vice President - Direct Strategic Investment Department then he became Executive Vice President of the Portfolio Monitoring and Management Department where he worked on the implementation of the Corporate Strategy before being assigned to Strategy and Planning Department.
He has a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University (USA), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University (USA).

Mr. Al-Saeed has over 26 years of experience in local and regional capital markets. He started his career in the investment sector as an investment portfolio manager and he has a wealth of experience in corporate restructuring and management, investment portfolio and fund management, analysis and valuation of listed stocks and Sukuk.
Mr. Al-Saeed joined Al Imtiaz Investment Group in 2007, where he is currently Executive Vice President - Financial Investment. He is sitting board member of several companies operating in various sectors including investment, insurance, education, food and industry.
Mr. Al-Saeed holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Petroleum and Chemical Engineering, Syrian Arab Republic (1996).

Mr. El-Assal has more than 16 years of experience. He started his career as an auditor in AlBazie & Co. (RSM International) and Al-Eiban & Al-Osaimi (Ernst & Young).
Mr. El-Assal joined Alimtiaz Investment Group in November 2007 and now he’s Senior Vice President – Financial Services Department.
Mr. El-Assal holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Helwan University (A.R.E), Egypt (2002), the CPA certificate, USA (2017), in addition to CertIA and CFC professional certificates.

Mr. Al Damkhi has over 26 years of experience in various sectors, including investment, finance, real estate, food . He also has extensive experience in managing bad debt collection and properties management.

Mr. Al Damkhi joined Al Imtiaz Investment Group in 2011, where he currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Support Services. He has also held positions in various companies, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of Majd Food Company and Board of Director of Mawasim Hajj and Umrah Company and Al Ritaj Investment Company. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Imtiaz International Real Estate Company.

Mr. Al Damkhi holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Modern Academy for Technology and Information - Cairo - Arab Republic of Egypt in 2008.
