Al Imtiaz always strives to offer the best possible service to our clients at all times, however, should you have a complaint or were unhappy with the service provided, please follow the following procedure.

To file a complaint, please fill the Complaints Form and send it.

or by post to the company, address at: (P.O. Box 29050, 

Safat 13151 Kuwait).

Attention: Head of Clients Complaints Unit

or Call Customer Complaints 22301313 / 22301314

or In person to the department concerned with receiving and 

handling client complaints (Al-Dhow Tower – 9

th Floor).


If the complaint is submitted in person, the client shall 

receive a copy of the complaint form along with an initial/ 

stamp of the recipient and date of receipt.
